Little Readers Book Box

Little Readers is a monthly children’s book subscription in English. We also offer gift boxes that can be purchased without a subscription. We create excitement for books and reading by surprising little readers with our fun boxes, meaningful books, and personalized notes!

We do that work for you. A team of educators, reading specialists, writers, parents, and most importantly little readers themselves are behind each and every book that is selected. We spend months researching books, scouring catalogs, and analyzing texts and illustrations to find beautiful books with meaningful plots and themes.

We select books with high-quality illustrations and good messages. We favor books that present diverse characters and unexpected plot lines. We believe that a good book can spark interest in learning about the world around us, and learning about ourselves. We choose books that will be read and reread, loved, and treasured by your family.

We take into account that much of our audience is reading in English as a second language (or 3rd, 4th, bravo!). As linguists and teachers we know that reading favorably impacts language acquisition. We consider second language learners as we analyze text, dialogues, and cultural themes. A reading guide is included in your box to help you and your little reader. For pronunciation help, you can click on the book on Instagram to hear it read aloud.

For theme boxes, the contents can vary so we are unable to accept returns.
